This individual shall work closely with NexGen technical staff.    &nbsp;  </p><p>&nbsp;  </p><p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;  </p><p>• There are no supervisory responsibilities.&nbsp;&nbsp;  </p><p>  &nbsp;  </p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities (as assigned)</strong>&nbsp;  </p><ul>  <li>Configure      MS 365/Azure&nbsp;security policies to ensure compliance with various      industry standards. &nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>Conduct      regular IT audits and assessments of existing security controls within the      MS 365&nbsp;tenant/Azure resource      groups&nbsp;to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;potential risks or      vulnerabilities. &nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>Collaborate      with the&nbsp;NexGen’s&nbsp;Security and Incidence&nbsp;Response      Team&nbsp;to address and mitigate security risks and ensure compliance      with relevant regulatory requirements. &nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>Assist&nbsp;in&nbsp;reviewing      security policies and supporting readiness&nbsp;for security audits and      certifications. &nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>Work      with automated compliance monitoring tools/services (e.g.,&nbsp;Drata) to      streamline compliance processes and ensure continuous monitoring. &nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>Stay      up to date with the latest security trends, technologies, and regulatory      changes to ensure best practices are followed. &nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>Collaborate      with NexGen and 3rd party staff to&nbsp;identify, address and mitigate      security risks and ensure compliance with the relevant regulatory      requirements.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul>  <li>Other      duties as assigned.&nbsp; </li></ul><p><br></p><p>  &nbsp;  </p><p><strong>Technical Skills</strong>  &nbsp;  </p><ul>  <li>4+      years of experience in administering MS 365 and Azure tenants      including&nbsp;managing user accounts, access privileges, licensing, Entra      ID, MFA&nbsp;configuration,&nbsp;billing&nbsp;and budgeting, etc.&nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>2+      years of demonstrable hands-on experience configuring and testing security      policies and controls in MS&nbsp;365,&nbsp;Azure,&nbsp;MS&nbsp;SharePoint,      Power Platform, and MS Teams. &nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>Demonstrable&nbsp;understanding      of security best practices, risk management, and compliance frameworks.         &nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>Update,&nbsp;maintain,      and manage&nbsp;NexGen&nbsp;furnished&nbsp;laptops, including inventory      tracking, etc.&nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>Provide&nbsp;Tier-I/Tier      II troubleshooting support for the M365 and Azure tenant.&nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>An      ideal&nbsp;candidate&nbsp;would have&nbsp;experience      in&nbsp;administrating and&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;a GCC&nbsp;enclave      with&nbsp;a&nbsp;VDI&nbsp;setup.&nbsp; </li></ul><p>  &nbsp;  </p><p><strong>Additional</strong> <strong>Requirements</strong>:   &nbsp;  </p><ul>  <li>Ability      to work independently, with excellent organizational skills and attention      to detail. &nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>Strong      communication&nbsp;skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively      across different teams. &nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>A      minimum standard speed for&nbsp;optimal&nbsp;performance of 50x25      (50&nbsp;mbps&nbsp;download x 25&nbsp;mbps&nbsp;upload)      is&nbsp;required.&nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>A      dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect sensitive but      unclassified federal information.&nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>The      successful candidate will also be able to pass background screening prior      to employment.&nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>US&nbsp;Citizenship,&nbsp;legal      permanent residence, or US work authorization with minimum 3 years of      continuous US presence is required due to federal contract      requirements.  &nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;  </p><p><strong>Desired Skills</strong>&nbsp;  </p><ul>  <li>Knowledge      of security frameworks and compliance standards.&nbsp; </li></ul><p> &nbsp;  </p><p> <strong>Education</strong>&nbsp;  </p><ul>  <li>Associate’s      degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or      related discipline or equivalent experience. &nbsp; </li></ul><p>&nbsp;  </p><p> <strong>&nbsp;Physical Requirements</strong>&nbsp;  </p><p>&nbsp; Reliable      internet (50 Mbps down / 25 Mbps up) and a secure remote work      environment.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp; Reasonable&nbsp;accommodations&nbsp;will      be provided as needed.
